History

Preparation
1Press the cottage cheese through a sieve for smoothness.
2Mix cottage cheese with eggs, sugar, semolina, and sour cream.
3Add vanilla sugar and rinsed raisins.
4Pour into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
5Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes until golden.
6Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
