History
Crepes are one of the most ancient foods, known since antiquity. French crêpes are thinner than Russian blini. Nutella was created in 1964 by Pietro Ferrero, and their pairing became a legend of Parisian street food.
Ingredients
Preparation
1Mix flour with sugar. Add eggs and milk, whisk until smooth.
2Add oil, stir. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
3Cook thin crepes on a hot skillet for 1 minute on each side.
4Spread Nutella on the crepe and add banana slices.
5Fold into a triangle and dust with powdered sugar.
⏱ Cook time: 30 min
Tips
The batter should be as thin as kefir. The first crepe can be sacrificed — it "seasons" the pan. Spread Nutella on a warm crepe.
