History
Funchoza (glass noodles) is an Asian dish made from starch noodles. They are produced from mung bean, potato, or rice starch. After cooking, the noodles turn transparent. Popular in Korea, China, and Southeast Asia.
Ingredients
Glass noodles150g
Bell pepper1 pc
Carrot1 pc
Cucumber1 pc
Garlic2 cloves
Soy sauce3 tbsp
Sesame oil1 tbsp
Rice vinegar1 tbsp
Preparation
1Pour boiling water over the funchoza for 5 minutes. Rinse.
2Julienne the vegetables.
3Mix soy sauce, oil, vinegar, and garlic into a dressing.
4Combine the noodles with the vegetables.
5Pour the dressing over and toss.
6Serve cold or warm.

Tips
Don't overcook funchoza — it will turn mushy. Five minutes in boiling water is enough.
