History

Eggplant came to Russia from India via Persia and Central Asia. Grilled eggplant became a trendy dish at healthy restaurants in the 2010s.

Ingredients

Olive oil3 tbsp
Garlic2 cloves

Preparation

1Slice eggplants into 1 cm rounds.
