History

Country-style potatoes (wedges) are potato wedges baked with aromatic spices. The dish became popular in fast food, but the homemade oven version is much healthier and tastier.

Ingredients

Vegetable oil3 tbsp
Paprika1 tsp
Garlic powder1 tsp
Turmeric1/2 tsp
Salt, pepperto taste

Preparation

1Cut the potatoes into wedges (leave the skin on!).
2Mix the oil with all the spices.
3Toss the potatoes with the seasoned oil.
4Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
5Bake at 200°C for 35-40 minutes, flipping once.
