History

Ingredients

Onion1 pc
Potato1 pc
Cream200ml
Butter30g
Salt, pepperto taste

Preparation

1Slice mushrooms, sauté in butter until golden.
2Sauté onion, add diced potato.
3Cover with water (500 ml), cook for 15 minutes.
4Add mushrooms, blend until smooth.
5Stir in cream, heat through but do not boil.
