History

Coconut milk400ml
Onion1 pc
Garlic3 cloves
Ginger2 cm
Curry powder2 tbsp
Tomato paste2 tbsp
Oil2 tbsp
Preparation
1Cut chicken into cubes.
2Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
3Add curry powder and tomato paste, fry for 1 minute.
4Add chicken, sear for 5 minutes.
5Pour in coconut milk, bring to a boil.
6Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat. Serve with rice.
