History

A wok is an Asian pan with a rounded bottom designed for quick high-heat stir-frying. Wok noodles are a staple of Chinese and Southeast Asian street food. They cook in 5-10 minutes over maximum heat.

Ingredients

Udon or egg noodles200g
Chicken fillet300g
Bell pepper1 pc
Carrot1 pc
Soy sauce3 tbsp
Garlic3 cloves
Oil2 tbsp
Sesame1 tbsp

Preparation

1Boil the noodles and rinse with cold water.
2Slice the chicken into strips, stir-fry on maximum heat for 3 minutes.
3Add julienned vegetables, fry for 2 minutes.
4Add garlic, noodles, and soy sauce.
5Toss for 2 minutes.
6Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
