History

Preparation
1Shape 4 patties from the ground beef, season with salt and pepper.
2Sear on high heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
3A minute before done, place cheese on top — it will melt.
4Slice and toast buns on the skillet.
5Assemble: bun → sauce → lettuce → patty with cheese → tomato → onion → bun.
