History
Crepes with cottage cheese are a beloved Russian breakfast and dessert. The tradition of wrapping fillings in bliny dates back to pagan times. Sweet tvorog filling with sugar and vanilla is the most popular version in Russian families.

Preparation
1Make bliny from the basic recipe (milk, eggs, flour).
2Mash tvorog, mix with sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, and raisins.
3Place 1.5 tablespoons of filling on the edge of each blin.
4Fold into an envelope: tuck in the sides and roll into a tube.
5Fry stuffed bliny in butter until golden.
6Serve with sour cream or jam.
