History
The Philadelphia roll is an American invention from the 1980s, named after the cream cheese brand. This roll does not exist in Japan. It became the most popular roll in Russia.
Ingredients
Sushi rice200g
Nori3 sheets
Salmon200g
Cream cheese150g
Cucumber1 pc
Rice vinegar2 tbsp
Preparation
1Cook the rice and season with vinegar.
2Place nori, spread rice, flip over (rice on the outside).
3Spread cream cheese and add cucumber.
4Roll it up.
5Lay salmon slices on top.
6Cut into 8 pieces with a wet knife.
