History

Preparation
1Make thin bliny from the basic recipe.
2Run boiled meat through a grinder or chop very finely.
3Sauté onion until golden, add meat, broth, salt, pepper.
4Stew filling for 10 minutes, let cool.
5Wrap filling in bliny as envelopes.
6Fry in butter for 2 minutes per side.
7Serve hot with sour cream.
